Annual Competition
Applications for the Spring 2026 competition have not yet opened.
Now in its 18th year, the annual Traders@MIT Intercollegiate Trading Competition brings together top students
from around the country to pit their trading strategies against each other in our annual two-day event.
Our Spring 2026 competition will be held in-person on April 25th and 26th, 2025 on MIT campus.
Competitors will work in pairs on quantitative trading strategies to compete in two cases released during the competition.
Students may apply in teams of up to two. Each year, approximately 120 students compete from top universities
including MIT, Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, and CMU. All accepted competitors will be provided breakfast, lunch, and
housing accommodations during competition weekend, and will participate in exclusive networking opportunities with sponsors
from top trading firms.
Applications for the Spring 2026 competition will open in early 2026.
